Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center

My 88-year old aunt recently went to Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center (M.A.M.) for in-patient physical therapy after she was discharged from the hospital. I'm sorry to report that the care at M.A.M. is NOT good. In fact, it's terrible. My cousin (a nurse) said that she had confrontations with the staff on a DAILY basis because they were "horrible." The aids are essentially rude and hostile foreigners, who barely speak English. Here is one example of the mistreatment my aunt received: Despite having communicated very clearly that she is severely allergic to wheat gluten, the kitchen has REPEATEDLY sent my aunt gluten-containing foods. Naturally, this causes my aunt's stomach to get "upset." Then, she wasn't able to get to the bathroom on time. When this happened, the nurse's aide scolded h

My brother was here from Jan 14, 2026 to Feb 4, 2026. EVERYONE WAS SO WONDERFUL AND CARING HERE! From speaking to Erin, Director of Admissions, Gwen, the Social Worker, to ALL THE NURSES OT, PT, CNA’s etc. everyone treated my brother with the utmost care and respect! I remember one nurse’s name, Elane, and she was wonderful. The food here was very good too! Gwen arranged for our home care of PT and OT for us. We did not have to worry about a thing. My brother who is on dialysis had to go to Fresnisus Kidney Center in Framingham and they arranged for Coastal Transportation to pick him up and Framingham arranged for his return to Mary Ann Morse in Natick. Cannot recommend more highly! Excellent all the way around!

My sister Barbara was a resident at Mary Ann Morse for three years. We would like to acknowledge the exceptional care that was given to her during her stay at MAM in Natick. Every nurse CNA, Activity staff, managers and Brookhaven hospice employees were kind, thoughtful and professional. They always cared for Barbara with the upmost dignity.

The support of everyone at Mary Ann Morse was exceptional. The individual care of our Mom and everyone she interfaced with was sincere, caring and compassionate. She had PT and OT 6 days a week and progressed from unable to get out of bed to walking with only a walker and no assistance in a matter of weeks. We had a previous experience here as well with the same high level of care and service. As compared to other rehab facilities Mary Ann Morse shines brightly. We spent lot of time in the facility and observed how things operated and the coordination between departments was top notch.

My family and I are very grateful for the care that our mother received at Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center. As Mom's needs grew to require long term memory care, the Mary Ann Morse team surrounded her with a supportive and nurturing environment. I truly miss the visits with Mom, each time finding her to be calm and content. Her appeciation of kind people and nature never left her, and she and I were able to enjoy both with residents and staff, as well as our visits to the courtyard. Thank you, Mary Ann Morse, for the compassion you extended to my Mom and to our family, along with great communication. I have only gratitude for her stay there.
