Dr Webinar was the most cariñg and compassionate doctor you could find. I thought he would be retired by now, because when I moved to Florida in 2007 he was talking about it. Iif he is still practicing you will be lucky to have him as your doctor. He treated my family which included 5 children for 20 years. I would like to thank him for being a great doctor and I hope he is well
