Martine Center is a wonderful skilled nursing and rehab facility right in the heart of White Plains. You can literally see it from White Plains Hospital — it’s just a short walk away, which makes it so convenient for families and patients. The staff here are truly amazing — from the nurses and recreation team to the leadership (Administrator and Director of Nursing), everyone is kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in. They treat you and your loved ones with genuine compassion, respect, and love. Martine Center is more than a rehab — it’s a place where people recover, connect, and truly feel at home. Also The food is amazing 🤩

My Father in law is at Martine Centre… White plains location. I’ve visit him on various time of the day just to see if the issue would improve and nothing. Whenever o get to his room, it’s always messy, Food and flies all over the room. The garbage bin is full and the floor is all sticky with juice and maple syrup that may have fallen on the floor a day or two ago. I’m in this field too, but I care for people with disabilities. Today I got her 11:00am and my dad is not shower… messy room and all. I spoke to a lady at the nurse station she told me she asked someone to shower him and clean his room from earlier. It’s now 1pm and he’s still not shower, had I not put on a pair a gloves and started picking up papers n emptying the trash. He would still be in the messy room. The cleaning staff

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed visiting my friend. But I noticed that her tray table was dirty with crumbs and coffee stains and the floor had crumbs on it. This was the only drawback ...

hello there, recently my aunt has passed away in your guys care, she was not properly taken care of while my aunt was in your care…she wasn’t fed when given to until a certain time, she wasn’t poorly taken care of by the staff or whoever is working there. please keep in mind if that you have a patient there with cancer or severe conditions, please treat them with the courtesy when given to, and the way my aunt was poorly treated and passed away has shown the type of people you are when working. I advise you to do your jobs right and be the staff you are supposed to be. thank you for coming to my ted talk.

MY SISTER WENT TO THIS REHAB CENTER TO ONLY STRAIGHTEN HER LEGS BEFORE HAVING TO DO SURGERY. MAYBE 3 WEEKS SHE WAS THERE IN THIS FACILITY. MY SISTER WAS NOT BEING FED THE CORRECT WAY SO SHE CAN GET STRONGER. MY SISTER WAS TOLD IF SHE DIDN'T LIKE THE FOOD SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT MEAL. WITH THE PROBLEM SHE HAD EATING N DRINKING WAS IMPERITIVE. MY SISTER TOLD STAFF N HOUSE DOCTOR NUMMEROUS TIMES SHE WAS HAVING BAD PAINS IN HER STOMACH. SHE ALSO ASKED THEM TO CALL HER DOCTOR. IF THE CALL WAS MADE SHE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT CHECKED OUT. MY SISTER HAD CONJUNCTIVITIS IN BOTH EYES N WAS GIVING EYE DROPS 1 TIME 4 DAYS INTO HAVING THIS ISSUE. MY SISTER HAD HER BELONGINGS STOLEN FROM HER. MY SISTER'S ROOMMATE WAS VERY RACIAL TOWARDS HER. SHE HAD VISITERS UNTIL VERY LATE. WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFF
