Martha Reyes, FNP-C

Martha is in my opinion from personal experience very unprofessional and extremely rude. she made demonstrably untrue accusations against me via phone calls , after she wasn't doing her job or paperwork correctly. She was having issues with her fellow employees , and says I didn't follow her request trys to blame the patient. I did follow her request! She was in the wrong and was let go from the medical center. She left untrue horrible information in my personal medical record. Lucky a kind person made me aware of it , I won't say name. But otherwise I would have never known. Shame on her. I have been a upstanding member of my community for many years . I'm a burn survivor of over 60 % of my body, I've been under medical treatment since I was 3years old with so many surgeries I cant count
