My son has been coming here since he was born, it's going on 14 years in December. I used to be very happy with the care he receives.Wait time was good. The front desk was A+ friendly the rest of our visit was not good. The nurse was hard to understand. She called him by a totally different name. Couldn't understand her questions. But was super friendly. The room was dirty. I picked up discarded ear pieces and paper towels. A huge flag was when our doctor since 2010 came in with an Spanish interpreter and acted like she had never seen us before. Wth. She did a quick exam and I felt like what was that? What not to do with a patient? Maybe she ha to big of a case load or is trying to get a paycheck. She told us to wait for her so she could get him a book but after waiting for way to long

My kids saw Dr Atol today. I voiced my health decisions for my kids. I’m very pleased with the care I received and patient rights were respected which is huge for me. As a healthcare professional, I like seeing others respecting their patients decision on their care.

I love this clinic. They provide so many amazing services to the community. Exceptional care with high standards. This clinic should be the model for healthcare in this country. Very patient care focused. They will do anything to help and really care. Big hearts at this clinic.

This place is terrible, I bring in my 6 month old with a light cough no fever no nothing, then all of a sudden my beautiful 6 month old son becomes this Patient Zero . The staff has zero clue to how the Corona spreads as they still don’t know they themselves can be A-symptomatic and carry the disease. They refused to give my son a simple check up or even make a follow up appointment, and said my 6 month old was being “investigated”. I hope everyone in there loses their jobs and that clinic goes under, I have never had worst treatment. Take you or your child any where else this place is the worst. Not to mention the 4hr phone calls where they pick up and just hang up on you. Half the time their too busy BOCHINCHANDO to actually do their jobs, a bunch of under qualified , immature , overpaye

I like the hospital I transferred from Longwood ave in order to keep the same psychiatrist, but to be on hold for over 40 minutes to confirm an appointment is absolutely unacceptable, then when you get through the phone call mysteriously drop and you have to start all over again. It says the phone calls are being recorded clearly the staff don’t give a hoot.
