I have a piloric channel ulcer. Kitchings says I can't have it because she doesn't know what it is. She doesn't seem to care about doctor/patient confidentiality because she tells me about her other patients. I hope she is not telling them about my problems. She hates it when you ask questions and you can never contradict her. She has lost it big time and needs to retire.

That waiting room is a joke. I cant get anyone on the phone and when im in the waiting area i wait for what seems like forever. The receptionist is also awful. She has earbuds in her ear at all times and she took a personal call while i was trying to make an appointment.

She listens and explains things She is very compassionate and told me never hold out when im sick to come see her.
