I’m really sad to have to rate this place so low. My husband and I are new to town and wanted to support local businesses. However, this one won’t be getting it any longer. I called and scheduled a routine exam and cleaning. During this call, I was told they took my insurance. I then filled out online forms prior, which included providing my detailed insurance information. I show up for my appt in September (which had its own issues, see below), and was told the estimate was our normal out of pocket amount. Fast forward to early December, almost three months later. My husband gets a call from their office saying we owe them $300 because our insurance is out of network. I’m not sure what the “rules” are, but I feel like this should have been dealt with even before I showed up and received
NOT deserving of 1 star! I drove 40 miles, arrived early, and still sat 30+ minutes past my appointment. Others who arrived after me were seen first. When I asked why, I was told my appointment had been given to someone else because I “didn’t confirm.” Let me be clear: I DID confirm. I replied “Y” to their text message. Their email and phone reminders never required confirmation—they were just “friendly reminders.” NOWHERE did it say ignoring them would cancel my appointment. I scheduled a time, showed up, and this is the second appointment in a row I had to wait 30+ minutes because of this confusing “policy.” They do have a laminated card in the office stating “Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled,” but this is not communicated via call, email, or text. The offic
The one star only goes to my hygienist. She was the kindest, sweetest girl and I absolutely loved her. I was told I had several cavities that needed filling. I initially came to the appointment due to one particular tooth that was causing pain. That tooth was identified as one that the dental team would address first. I made an appointment for two weeks later. Two weeks later comes, and they call the day of needing to reschedule. No big deal, stuff happens. I was a little irritated but moved on. The next available appointment that worked for me was a month later. I took it. The next appointment day comes up, again, I get a call an hour before the appointment-they have to reschedule. So I reschedule again-this time they can’t get me in for TWO MONTHS. My tooth is still causing me a signifi
I had the worst day because I did exactly what I did for my last visit 2 weeks ago. Despite what I was told...I have no missed calls or voices messages from the office and none of the texts were about not taking the pill until I was there in the building. 2 weeks ago I took the pill....went in and signed the consent form and did my payment. No issue. Instead they couldn't see me today and the lady said because I was "under the influence" loud enough others could hear it. My brother couldn't sign and pay because he isn't s power of attorney. No on called to tell me of this change. They changed my appointment to tomorrow but I had a hell day today. I'm still fighting for someone to take my shift tomorrow so I can go. I can't just take off work. I'm in pain...out work schedules are mad
If there was a zero star, I would put it. Do not go here. I have had nothing but problems since day one. Seems like they’re only out for the money, and the work they do is absolutely horrible. They fixed a couple of cavities and I had a fractured tooth they were going to do a crown on. They did the work and told me that I had to wait for the permanent crown to be made, and they were going to put on a temporary crown until then. Within the first week, I could tell something wasn’t right, the tooth that they ground down and put the temporary crown on was hurting every time I took a drink or was chewing on that side of my mouth. I called them back, took them a couple weeks to get me back in, by this time the permanent crown was ready, but they told me sorry they couldn’t do it anymore that I
