Didn't ship item on time. Could not reach customer service by phone. Beware and don't order from them.

Mars medical has been outstanding to work with. My insurance company has sent me to work with them for 3 pieces of equipment. A cane, a rollator and later a wheelchair. They have been outstanding in answering all my questions, getting the equipment quickly. I didn't have to do anything, they contacted my Doctor for the prescription and did everything else. They shouldered all the stress so I could focus on healing and I sincerely appreciate that. The delivery driver is also fantastic, so friendly, feels like having family over for a visit. He makes sure the equipment fits perfectly before he has me sign anything. Warm regards, Sara Mohammed

Ordered a Breg 10250 cooling pad on Monday. No activity on order on Wednesday so I called. Representative was courteous, however he did not have a clue what the holdup was & said he could not see the issue with the info he had. He thought it was probably a warehouse issue. This is NOT the kind if turn around I expect in today’s environment. Granted I placed the order on Labor Day, however I expected some movement by Wednesday. Mars needs to take lessons from Amazon order fulfillment. If I had known it would take this long to process the order, let alone ship it, I would have shopped elsewhere. By the time I get it, the immediate need may be gone.

I am not from this area but was in need of a back brace, I called before going to the store to make sure they had the back brace I was looking for I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I ended up driving to the store and asked the staff member if they had a ribbed back brace and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she did find one but she was very snobby and rude, the back brace was way over priced but I needed it so I went ahead and purchased it anyway. Poor customer service items are over priced.

Very helpful and definitely not over priced. They are professional and have been flexible with the pick up and delivery of my mom's lift chair. Quality people with quality merchandise! Thank you!
