Marquis Plaza Regency

The floor nurses are amazing and the CNA's were just as amazing. Attentive, friendly and as helpful as they can be, considering they are understaffed. I believe they need 2 more extra CNA's per hallway. When you only have 1 or 2 and there are 4 call lights on, the residents have to sometimes wait way to long for assistance. Also shout out to Melanie and her PT staff! Thank you Marquis for taking care of mom and getting her started on the road to recovery.

Marquis has been hands down the best place for my brother George. My brother was on a trache for 3 years and he was cared for by the wonderful staff at Marques for 18 months. He was treated like a human being. The CNA's, nurses, the respiratory therapists and everyone in-between are the best. He was treated with the utmost respect. George passed away on Sept 3rd under hospice care. The CNA's and everyone really helped me get thru the process every step of the way. I can't say enough great stuff. I definitely would recommend Marques. Only the best for our loved ones.

My 93 year old mom was transferred to Marquis - Cheyenne after a stay in the hospital. During her month stay for rehab, she was provided excellent care. The communication and updates we received from the social worker, case manager, director of PT, nursing staff and food services director was extraordinary.

I was a resident in Marquis Plaza Regency for just under three weeks. If you must be in a skilled nursing home in the Las Vegas area and if you can choose the one you are to be assigned to, I strongly recommend this one for yourself or your loved ones. Without any exceptions what so ever, each and every staff member was far above and beyond my expectations and my hopes in their professionalism, graciousiness, and ceerfullness every day and every time I interacted with them! And I almost forgot to mention the amazing cleanliness!

The caregivers at Marquis Plaza Regency were great. They were kind, compassionate, and professional. The doctor made decisions without seeing or talking to my dad. The discharge planning was terrible. My 92 year old mom was expected to find a care facility for dad after discharge and several mistakes were made on the discharge papers.
