Marque Urgent Care

I would highly recommend this urgent care. It’s never crowded, the staff is very attentive, and you’re seen right away. The nurses who take vitals are wonderful with both kids and adults. I’ve been here for myself and for my 3-year-old, and I’ve been extremely happy with the care we’ve received every time. The male nurse who checked my daughter’s vitals was incredibly kind and great with kids. The doctor was one of the nicest we’ve ever had—he listened carefully, was amazing with our daughter, and addressed the issue right away. Overall, an excellent experience.

Staff and doctors were friendly and professional, and the wait time was reasonable. The facility was very nice and clean, and the visit was efficient overall. Another great part is that they are right next door to my kids’ pediatrician, which was very convenient. My daughter needed an X ray, and everything was handled smoothly. A big plus is that they also accept CalOptima, which makes access to care much easier. I would definitely recommend Marque Urgent Care.

Available on weekends, work fast and professionally. I really respect you guys for always being supportive when it’s needed. Especially for those of us balancing kids, work, and full-time studies—having flexible availability truly makes a difference when you just need to make sure you or your kids are taken care of.

I had an excellent experience at Marque Urgent Care in Newport Beach, thanks in large part to Jessica. Jessica took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make me feel completely comfortable. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and reassuring.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received today. Normally, this place is great. We took my girls to see Dr. Mir for ear infections, and the experience was terrible. The receptionist and nurse seemed disinterested, but the doctor was the worst. Dr. Mir was clearly uninterested in being there and rushed through the exam, barely checking anything. For one child, he checked lungs, but for the other, he just checked the ear and was done. No throat check, nothing else. The whole visit took less than 4 minutes for both girls. If you're not going to provide a proper exam, especially for kids, then maybe you shouldn't be working on Sundays or shouldn't be a doctor at all. Patients deserve better, especially when they're paying for a service.
