Marque Urgent Care

I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What really stood out was how quickly they were able to take care of me. The check-in process was smooth, the medical team was attentive, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, but everything moved along efficiently. Overall, excellent service and a very well-run clinic. I’m grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend this urgent care center to anyone looking for prompt, professional medical attention.

Visited this place yesterday and had the worst experience from start to finish. The receptionist did not seem to know her job and was unwilling to help with the check-in process. She asked for my daughters insurance card, which I did not have with me, even though I had already completed the registration online before my visit, so all the details should have been available. She said she could not find it. I requested that she look up the member ID through the insurance portal, as providers are able to do that, but she said she could not. I then had to call my previous doctor’s office myself, and they provided my insurance details over the phone. Even after giving the member ID, the receptionist asked for my SSN. Once I was able to see the PA the care and expertise was excellent! The facility is new and clean. I would have given 5 stars except for the wait time to get medical attention. I came in on a Saturday for a cut on my head and was told to come back in an hour and a half. I was surprised for the long wait as there was only one other person in the waiting room. I went home and did the document process online which was easy. About 30 minutes before I was to return, I got a call that the wait had been extended, and it would be a couple of hours. As my head had stopped bleeding, I made appointment for early the next day, Sunday, and when I returned, I was processed right away.

I went in feeling very nervous but from the minute I walked in everyone was very pleasant and caring that gave me peace. In many other places customer service is out the window and it’s clear that workers don’t want to be there but not here. Especially being an urgent care facility they genuinely want to be there to help. The provider that treated me explained details about what she needed to do and again told me what she was doing each step as she treated my wound. Thank you for the care you all give.

I’ve been to Marque Lake Forest on several occasions when my primary doctor’s office cannot fit me in their schedule. I conveniently book an appointment online, they always have plenty of spots available. Staff is kind, professional & extremely competent. PA Chelsea Lawrence takes very good care of patients and has resolved my illnesses/issues every time! This is definitely my go-to urgent care. I’ve already referred family members here.
