Marque Urgent Care

First time patient today 12/18/25 around 4:30pm. As a patient I received the care that I was expecting so that’s great. However, I was disappointed with a pretty concerning -patient to medical professional- interaction that I hope is not common practice for this urgent care. First off though, I just want to mention that the receptionist did an excellent job at managing patients back-to-back. Multiple people kept approaching the front desk asking her questions and she politely and efficiently handled every single patient professionally, all while checking in patient’s. What was disappointing was witnessing a serious HIPAA violation during a TB skin test reading. Not sure how I was the first to arrive here but I am behind 5 other people who came in after me, even without having an appointment? Its literally about who can fill out their paper work faster. Every patient was in their own world, some girl walked right in front of me to sign in even though id been waiting outside for 15 minutes prior to opening. She just got dropped off and rolled up in front of me. Front staff seemed like she didnt really want to be there from the tone of her voice - very robotic and unclear behind a mask. I expected a little more from Lake Murray. I probably would have been better off at a minute clinic for thr intake process, but now that I know how things work here, I'll just cut in front of everyone in front of me next time. That's how it operates here anyway. 🤷

The experience was great from beginning to end. The person that greeted me was nice and courteous. Then the guy that took my vitals was awesome. The guy nurse was super cool and the teledoc doctor was awesome. 2 hours from beginning to end and that’s pretty good for urgent care. The place was also very clean. All around a great experience. I will go there again.

I visited Marque Urgent Care after enduring several days of extreme shoulder pain that followed my twisting while lifting a heavy duffle bag. I finally sought help when the pain got so bad that NSAIDs and stretches I found on line didn't touch it. I was unable to find any position that made the pain bearable, couldn't sleep, and could barely use my right arm. The place was busy - despite making an appointment on line, the wait was a little bit long, but it was worth the wait! I was seen by NP Allie Kellogg, who was professional, thorough and compassionate. She quickly diagnosed a muscle spasm in my shoulkder that was pinching a nerve. She gave me an anti-inflammatory injection, prescribed a muscle relaxant, and (what turned out to be most important of all,) she gave me instructions f

Even though we sat for a good while for the appointment we were in & out in about 1hr and a half. Had to come back for X-rays at 12, but even then we didn’t wait longer than 10 mins. The appointment was for my teen and let me just say how this clinic beats having to go to the hospital and be there all day. You can schedule quick appointments online as early as 8am. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to others. Big step up for healthcare. Dr and nurses, amazing!!
