My mom is here after having a stroke on December and the only thing I can say good about this place is the front desk people are very nice. PT is good with the right people on duty. My mom tells me everyday that her and her roommate sit in soiled diapers for hours until someone decides to come and change them. No one is taking the time to help my mom be independent.

The staff are PHENOMENAL, from the front desk, to the nursing aids, nurses, physical therapists to the meal servers! Everyone is so friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns that may arise! They have taken such good care of my grandmother, since she has been a patient here,I absolutely recommend this place for rehabilitation services!

My mother is currently being cared for here after a fall in February. The staff are like family with each other and show compassion and kindness to the patients and residents. Any time I've had any questions, the staff have been very helpful. The activity department and physical therapy are excellent. The building is older but the care is more important in my opinion. My mother has told me that she trusts the care she is given and feels safe.

How this place stays open is beyond me. I have someone staying here and the treatment is atrocious. They gave a rule that if a patient needs to go to the bathroom and PT staff is not there, the patient will not be assisted. So she was in a wet mattress for extended time. She has an active infection and no one takes her temperature. Family had to remind them about a doctor having to see her. They drew her blood then later swore she refused to have it done and blood wasn't drawn (the draw was witnessed by family). This is what you call "care"? Absolutely awful

Zero stars if I could. My mom was discharged from a hospital and sent to this location for physical rehab. She lasted 3 hours and we had to call an ambulance to get her back to the hospital. This place is insanely dirty (I'm talking dirty walls, paint peeling, crusty floors, dirty band aids and used gloves all over the floor, holes in the walls around sockets being covered with multi-plug adapters, stained sheets, the overwhelming smell of old urine, and what most would consider blood stains all over the call button, etc), the staff has zero clue what they are doing, argumentative over what they are doing improperly, and lack the basic self awareness to understand what they are doing is not right. She needs a bipap at night and for naps. They were grossly unable to handle the task of a bas
