I went to a dentist appointment here on Feb 12 and I was diagnosed with periodontitis. My symptoms were having a pit depth of 5 in two pockets plus some bleeding, though the x-ray didn't show any evidence of it. The dentist told me that I would have to go forward with a fairly extensive procedure to disinfect my whole mouth. My insurance would have covered a portion of the fee, but it would have still come with an out of pocket cost of $883. The dentist suggested that if I didn't proceed, I would ultimately have to have surgery and that they couldn't clean my teeth unless I proceeded. It felt like a high pressure sales pitch, but I'm not a dentist, so I wasn't sure. I cannot say enough great things about this office! Misty, the front desk gal, has been working the last two times I've been here for appts and she's such a joy. She has such a warm and friendly energy about her. I hope she is there for all of my visits! I have seen both Dr. Masilamani and Dr. Grubbs and they are both wonderful. Both of them have a great bedside manner while still being professional and explaining things in a way I understand. I have never felt pressured to spend an exuberant amount of money on things I didn't need or want. I am happy to have finally found a dental office that I feel comfortable going to!

I worked with Dr.Kamini Masilamani yesterday. She was very patient and kind. I had to be in the chair for treatment for almost two hours but both Dr. Masilamani and her assistant Rose were very communicative and cheerful. I was quite intimidated in the beginning of the appointment but they both made me very comfortable and the appointment seemed to be over in no time. Would definitely recommend meeting Dr.Masilamani for all your dental needs! I have my follow up appointments for the next year booked with her!

After a 5.5 years, I’m leaving this dental practice after the worst appointment. I was denied a standard dental cleaning after being in the office for over an hour, but only with doc for 5 mins, because Dr. Fattah (a doctor that is new to me) deemed that I needed a more significant and costly cleaning. I agreed to coming back in for the more significant cleaning (again, was already there for over and hour), but she still denied me the basic cleaning I came in for on the basis that it was “malpractice” to give it to me. No further explanation. If you ask me it’s because it was already too busy in there and she was trying to save time. Additionally, she was rude to the tech that took my x-rays and had to “freehand” them because they didn’t have enough sterile equipment to do them traditiona
