Market Street Pharmacy

I am loyal to a fault so when Highpointe Pharmacy crashed I went to Market Street in trepidation. I shop there exclusively and trust this pharmacy. They have a dedicated Pharmacist and team and that is so important.

THESE PEOPLE I TELL YOU are amazing, I have had some communication issues not one time did they get inpatient with me. They have been so kind and compassionate. By far the most friendly pharmacy I've been to in a long time. I switched about a year or so ago and so thankful I did. If you are the type to be rude or ungodly please don't try them out. They deserve to be treated with kindness. Fantastic experience every time.

Marketstreet pharmacy have serious issues when it comes to filling medications. Sarah is rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, and as other's have stated, she wants to question and get into it with the doctor. I recorded our entire conversation, and sent it into the state. I've been on my meds and my Dr. Knows what's best for me. She went into the system and deleted my prescriptions, and my doctor informed me to file an official complaint. CVS told me how out of line she was today, if she wants to be a doctor, go be one...but you are a pharmacist, stop questioning our Physicians They lied stating they can only open access meds at 11am, I recorded the conversation and attached it with the complaint. Get better staff with integrity and stop doing illegal acts cancelling out medications. Lo

I drive miles out of my way to go to this Pharmacy , they are absolutely amazing. Helpful and supportive also a great place to get your vaccines , just don't go during lunch break :-)

Once again. Pharmacist playing the doctor. Refusing to refill a script, because Insurance wont cover it. Im paying out of pocket, but they refuse. So, im without meds again, after 5 days. Sara (the LArge, head pharmacist) has been turned into the state for deleting my prescriptions and refusing to fill a script back in 2023. Got in a fight with my/ the nurse as well, and left me without RX for 4 days. My doctor wont review test results medications with the pharmacy, HE sent the prescription. Absolutely sick of this person. Every staff member is polite , usually , even though the prices are HIGH.
