Market Street Pharmacy

This pharmacy is terrible at time management. Every time the doctors send a prescription over we call to make sure they have received it and let them know that we are coming for it. They say give them 30-60 minutes and it will be ready. So normally the wife goes home with the sick kid and I pick up after work which is usually several hours later and it is never ready. Always have to wait and if we don’t call before hand they never fill it. And don’t get me started on them getting the prices correct through insurance. This will be the last prescription they fill for my family.

This particular location is the reason I fill my prescriptions at any Market Street Pharmacy. Toby and his staff treat us like family. They go out of their way to make sure we understand our Rx's and assist us with whatever they can.

Won’t go back ever such a shame. I usually don’t post reviews but as a former employee I know how it’s “supposed to work” went thru the effort of trying to buy just a strip loin. The manager said it’s bogo so comes out with 2 hands them to me says here it’s buy one get one free, I didn’t ask for the free I asked for strip loin. We agreed to cut the loin in half and it would be bogo. I take it to the counter to pay and that wasn’t correct according to the manager and the meat market manager. So his compromise was oh I’ll charge you market price for the steaks and not the whole loin. I love how they put words in your mouth. Who ever is running this store I suggest you check the cameras around 1:34 and if there is audio you will clearly hear me say I just want a strip loin. Thanks for nothing

The pharmacy is nothing special... basic service to get a prescription filled. Yeah... they may offer delivery, but that's a mixed bag. I'd like the pharmacy better if they would upgrade their website to accommodate ordering a prescription refill online. Sadly, you either have to go in person, or waste time listening to all the disclaimers and useless information before leaving your prescription number for a refill.

I have been shopping at this store for many years and the last couple times I've gone in to the deli area to order prepared food, everyone person working there was rude and or just plain grumpy. I always try to be very kind and make sure to ask how they are doing today, but the last couple times ( three different employees) were almost angry that I was even trying to speak to them. The last time I was the I ordered a Texas Toss salad, they were out of lettuce and the lady handed me a plastic container and told me to go grab some lettuce from the salad bar so she could make the salad.
