Dr. Orr and his staff were great. He called me ahead of my procedure to discuss my dental anxiety and what I would need. He also called personally to go over my test results. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I truly appreciated how everything was handled.

This man is sadistic. I went in because I had and infected tooth that needed to be extracted. The assistant told me before my procedure 'let us know if you're in any pain, we have plenty of local anesthesia that we can add'. The numbing process was very painful but I handled it pretty well. After the procedure started, I told them multiple times that I was in pain and was ignored. I was literally screaming and crying in pain and the Dr Orr kept saying, 'it's just the sounds that are scaring you'. I assured him this was not the case. I have a high pain tolerance and unfortunately had multiple teeth extracted. I never experienced this type of blatant disrespect from a dentist. My procedure was only about 13 minutes, but I was in 10/10 pain for 11 of those minutes. Until he realizes I was cry

If dental offices were all like this, we wouldn’t procrastinate as much. Dr. Orr and the staff are skilled, mindful, & compassionate. They squeezed me in to scale down a bone spur that occurred after an extraction. OMFG I wouldn’t wish that on anyone! But if I must be tortured, I trust Dr. Orr to do it in the best way possible. And his assistant kept me comfortably entertained while multi-tasking, answering all my Qs about her shoes.

Literally the worst 5 star experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend oral surgery, especially not fully sedated (whoever answered the phone and made my appointment talked me out of it due to time and cost) but Dr Orr was fast and did a great job, even if I did end up feeling a bit more than “just pressure.” He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even saw me twice after, totally last minute, when I was still more than a bit uncomfortable in the week following. I really liked that he used a “clove plug” for treating my pain rather than painkillers. If you need to see an oral surgeon, I think Dr Orr might be one of the best, but I don’t plan on testing that theory anytime soon.

really great experience! i have a fear of needles and also general health anxiety. Dr. Orr and his team made sure that I was comfortable (even offered a blanket) and safe throughout the whole process. i ended up having anxiety about the healing process - i went back in at no charge and Dr. Orr checked everything out. i am now feeling great & my extraction was 1 week ago. also, i wish i knew her name, but the front desk attendant is so sweet, helpful, and dedicated to making you not only feel comfortable, but also making you feel at home, safe, and welcome. thank you to Dr. Orr and the team for making a seemingly super scary experience so so much easier.
