At first I thought this doctor was nice and would help me out. Avoid this doctor at all costs his bed side manner and doctor patient relationship is rude and unprofessional. He likes to change things up on you with the nature of each visit. Please go else where or see the other doctors on staff. If I could give Dr. Kurzman 0 stars I would. He needs to go back to school or trained on modern medicine .

I was directed to this provider after having temporarily lost my insurance coverage with MPI and production slowing. I must say the the initial visit went well , but the events that unfolded after were disgusting and disrespectful to say the least. My issues comes in where I had to request a referral to see a specialist that I had already been a patient for many years. Following protocol I had to see the home plan Dr to make said request to the attending physician I did not have an issue with facilitating my request. The issue was with the front office administrators in charge of completing the next steps in the process. In my dealings I was told that I could not request the higher quality of care and that i was made to prove my prior patient relationship with the specialist. This also ca
