Mark & Kambour Pathology

I was genuinely disappointed with the way Mark & Kambour Pathology handled my billing situation. Instead of reaching out to me through email or a simple phone call regarding my $84 bill, they immediately sent it to credit collections. This resulted in an unwarranted hit to my credit score. While I understand the importance of ensuring bills are paid, a basic level of communication is expected from professional establishments. I hope others don't have to experience this frustrating ordeal. Would urge potential clients to be very diligent with their billing communications when dealing with this facility.

This is a criminal operation. I had 2 routine labs done at the gynecologist and they are charging me for 10 tests!!! And Aetna is useless and said I need to call the provider to correct this!!!

Negligentes en el cobro a los seguros....resuelven biliando al paciente y mandándome a collection......dejan mucho que desear.....
