I called the office to confirm whether a patient was scheduled, and spoke with someone named Ann (with an “E,” per her words). During our conversation, she questioned why we were referring patient to their office didn’t our location have a general surgery dept Her tone and attitude were very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. When I asked to speak with the office manager, she stated that she was the manager. I’m not sure how someone with that level of unprofessionalism holds that position. Her behavior and her apparent issue with us referring patients to Dr. Facciolo is concerning and should be addressed.

Dr. Mark Facciolo Is very professional and thorough! I'm from a different state, so I was a little uneasy, but needed immediate surgery. He made me feel comfortable right away by taking time to explain the why it happened, the next few days and long term after the procedure. Most doctors are in a rush, he took as much time as we needed and never once gave the pressure of being rushed. And my first follow up visit was the same. Very thoughtful, thorough and empathetic. He guided us into what will go on in my next steps. He's very down to earth and explains everything in detail. THANK YOU!!

Loved him. Found an unexpected, large mass in my back. Was honest with me, removed it, was human and funny in speaking with me, and kept me as much at ease as was possible. He just happened to be on duty when I was scheduled for emergency surgery, but I am so thankful that he was.

Fantastic doctor. He explains everything extremely well, is clearly well versed in the latest surgery techniques, and is passionate about his profession. His bedside manner is professional but also very down to earth and fun. I highly recommend him!
