The lady at the desk who answers the phone was really rude. I work within the health system. I had an appointment for 8am. My relief came a little late and i wasn’t able to clock out until 7:23am.. i asked can i arrive by 8:30am she said no with a very disgusting attitude. I also found a uber that can arrive me by 8:10am. I started tearing up crying over the phone because i waited long for this appointment. She was very very disrespectful in which her tone & hostility in her voice. I don’t understand how patients do not get a grace period! I am very disgusted with this service.
