I had a great experience at Dr mark Willoughby ‘s office. Had a quick eval to have him review a suspicious mole I had on my scalp. He was quick and efficient and explained things simply. Luckily it was benign and no treatment was needed.

My husband was seen today by Willoughby and we had a very good experience! Gabby at the front desk was professional and friendly, Melissa brought us to the room and also was friendly and courteous! Dr. Willoughby was very professional. He explained everything we were concerned about and did two quick procedures efficiently and effectively! Can’t recommend them more highly!!!

Second visit to this practice. Last one was two years ago. The doc doesn't introduce himself. Is that Willoughby? He leaves. Next, n comes a woman not wearing scrubs. Who is she? No introduction. She then proceeds to inject my face in preparation for my biopsy. The same man is next. Is this the doc? Very uncomfortable visit. Pretty sure not going back if I have a choice. Even worse is that they forgot to let me know that the skin sample was cancer. This caused a delay in having surgery. No thanks.

Great experience from Dr Willoughby and his entire staff during recent PDT laser treatment for face and lips from Sun damage ! Dr W was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and efficient! Highly recommend! Thank you 🙏

I have been going to Dr. Willoughby‘s office for three years now (two of their locations: Hillcrest and Alvarado). I always see Erica the physician’s assistant. She is wonderful. Super nice, very helpful, and always professional. The front desk staff can be very blasé, but you have to look past this common occurrence in doctors offices and focus on the medical service. I’m very happy with my medical service at this office. :)
