Dr. Doug is a top notch vet along with the entire staff. He is very knowledgeable and has taken the best care of my little fur babies. Every member of the staff was professional and friendly. I won't take my pets anywhere else!

When my funds are low, they work it out to help me the best way. If u tell them u will wait in ur vehicle til the doctor ready, the doctor will come out to u. Used to think highly of this vet but not so much anymore. They claim you owe bills you already paid and then treat you like trash when you come in the door. Took my sister’s dog in and he did the same thing to her saying she doesn’t like to pay her bills all while he has an office full of people insulting you knowing good and well that she did. We have paid every bill we have owed to this man. This puppy got attacked by another dog and he did very little to help her. Gave her a shot that caused her to scream for hours. She was crying and he just looked at her and says oh you’re going to hurt never trying to pet her in an effort to help calm her. My sister tried to call to talk about this bill she supposedly owed that was PAID AGAIN for the SECOND time and the person she needed to talk to

I was at the clinic with my husband a few weeks ago. When Dr. Doug saw my dog, I saw him get a used syringe and needle for her vaccination! When I went to use their bathroom before we left, I saw one of the assistants neutering a cat! The prices are cheap but I will not be going back!! I expected better since the reviews were good.
