I’m writing this review so others don’t experience what I did. I originally visited this office for a routine teeth cleaning, not for orthodontic treatment. During the visit, clear aligners were brought up, but the doctor did not clearly explain how long I would need to wear the aligners per day or what the full commitment would look like. Despite that, I was encouraged to move forward and ended up paying the full amount the same day. After thinking it over, I realized this treatment did not fit my lifestyle and called the office next day to ask whether cancellation was possible. During that call, the front desk staff member told me that the aligner order had already been placed and that cancellation would be very difficult, which later turned out to be untrue. I’m leaving a one-star review due to recurring billing issues and lack of follow-through over multiple years. In 2023 and 2024, I identified discrepancies between my insurance Explanation of Benefits and what was charged to my credit card. Some of those issues were never fully resolved, and communication eventually stopped without a clear outcome. In 2025, similar problems happened again — including credit card charges that exceeded my insurance-determined patient responsibility and charges with no corresponding insurance claim. Once again, I had to personally audit claims and payments to identify the differences, and follow-up has gone unanswered. As a result, I’ve paid money that insurance indicates I did not owe, and recovering it has required repeated effort with no response. While

Nabila always does a good job in teeth cleaning. She cares and makes me feel comfortable with quite a few suggestions in regard to protecting my teeth health. She also works carefully and I don't feel pain in the process not like in other places. Denial was also helpful in explaining the bill, calculating the costs and giving me some options when I needed with patience and kindness.
