I’ve been coming here for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The doctor is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen to any concerns without making you feel rushed. Every appointment feels thorough and personalized. The office is clean, well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Booking appointments is easy, and wait times are usually minimal. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen. Clearly they take multiple patients for each time slot with fewer docs than patients. That said, once I was seen, I was very happy with the doc. She listened to my issues and we talked through gameplans...unlike the docs who write you a script and say goodbye after 3 minutes. I'm going to keep them as my primary, and try to schedule appointments at slower times of the day.

I first visited the clinic October 2025 for my annual checkup and was delighted by the welcoming staff and experienced APRN Downing and Blanco. The office always offers immediate availability for urgent matters and have great follow-up.

The Medical Receptionist field is absolutely integral to the healthcare industry, providing the first point of contact for patients and ensuring smooth administrative operations. However, the FRONT DESK GIRLS at this location ARE HORRIBLE I’m embarrassed to have been in the same space with these unethical youngsters. The disruptive, condescending, verbal abuse that I witnessed today was disturbing to say the least! Someone should teach these girls to carry themselves in a polite, respectful and professional manner! Their behavior is going to cause many patients to seek medical treatment elsewhere.

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. I was seen by the doctor, who was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The level of care and attention I received was truly outstanding, and I left feeling confident in their expertise. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.
