Every visit to this office has been excellent, but my most recent experience was truly outstanding. It was the best dental visit I have ever had. My hygienist, Sarah, was not only kind and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me on my dental health in a way that inspired real change due to proper understanding. Her thoroughness and genuine care made me feel completely supported and well taken care of.

Good dentists and staff, but the scheduling needs work. This is the second time my appointment needed to be changed or rebooked last-minute due to a lack of hygienist coverage. Many of us book far in advance to work around jobs and other obligations, and 24 hours’ notice just isn’t enough. If certain days consistently lack coverage, it would be better to block them out or notify patients much earlier so we can adjust our schedules. I’ve also read through other reviews and don’t plan on reaching out. If a business wants to discuss further, they should be the ones to initiate contact through email/whatever preferred method the customer has on file. I received a friendly greeting from the time I entered the lobby. I had mentioned that I was driving to Phoenix for work that morning and inquired about the length of the appointment that morning. The information must have been provided to the dentist as she mentioned it to me after my visit with the hygienist. I was given advice by the hygienist on how to improve on some of my concerns. I was in an out and made it to work early. I also would like to mention how the young lady at the front desk did not lose her cool when the credit card system seemed to be down while she was trying to scan my card.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office that I couldn’t leave without sharing it. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Alexis, my dental assistant, was an absolute sweetheart. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire process. She made me feel at ease, explained what she was doing, and took amazing X-rays. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. A true gem! At checkout, I was helped by Eli at the front desk, and she was just as wonderful. She was super patient, took the time to thoroughly explain all of my paperwork and treatment details, and answered every question I had with care.
