So First went to this office. I was not privy to how they operate. Once being greeted by the front desk people, I started changing my mind that this was going to be a bad experience because it was a new doctor That I had never met before so you can imagine my skepticism. My experience was awesome. All the questions I had were answered or I was directed to how I could find my answers. I have to admit when I meet a new doctor. I’m always full of skepticism, but this man and his employees were the epitome of professionalism and sympathy crossed over with empathy. Very professional and fast! I came in for an immigration physical exam, and fortunately I had all my documents (for the vaccines) and they were able to give me immigration medical exam before I left the clinic. I was truly amazed by how fast and efficient they were. Worth going there for immigration physical exams!

Honestly horrible. I came in as a new patient to refill 2 of my prescriptions and when I handed Dr. Marichal one of my bottle of pills, he threw it in the trash and said we’re not giving you this medication anymore. He put me on a different medication with no explanation or information about the new medication. Luckily, he did allow me to refill my other medication… but when I called back months later to refill the phone receptionist said they have absolutely no record of their practice prescribing me that medication. WHAT?!?! Anyway, the phone receptionist looks through the hand written notes for 10 minutes and finally finds my prescription. Then she tells me she will need to speak with the doctor to make sure we can complete this EMERGENCY REFILL as I was traveling. She said she would ca
