I had a VERY successful first visit. From the front desk (Maria) to the medical tech (Mateo) to the provider (Dr Simpson) my well being and health was the top concern.. Maria walked me through getting to their office when I was lost and stayed with me, providing traffic narratives! Mateo took me to the examination room and took a thorough history and was careful to get all my meds and diagnosis’ included. Dr Simpson reviewed all my history and asked questions and made sure I understood. She took all my concerns very seriously and referred me to other providers and prescribed as necessary. Before I left their office my oxygen levels went dangerously low and Mateo took me back, gave me oxygen and made sure I was well before leaving their office Two co-workers coordinated with Dr Simpson to
