Update on my first review. We returned due to my daughter having a knee injury. They evaluated and sent for xray, then referred to physical therapy. After that didnt work, referred to ortho who we are confident in. They treated and referred. (1st review) Should have never followed Dr. B here. 3rd visit. Waited 55 minutes past our appt time for my daughter to get her shot. The shot took all of 15 seconds. The room we were in had brown stuff all over the wall, the hand sanitizer dispensar looked like rust was leaking from it, and there were brown stains all over the floor. Rather disgusting and concerning. We only followed my daughters doctor here, and truthfully wish he'd leave this practice.

We’ve been with this practice since my son was born. (Almost 8 years). We visit way more than I wish we had to, but every single time we are met with compassion & excellent care. Thank you so much for continuing to give us such great care.

We followed Dr.Bob and Kiara from their old office. We have been seeing them for 25 years since my first son was born. 4 kids later we still go with my youngest. I love that they open for walk ins in the morning. That has saved us so many times!

This entire practice is a mess. Get told different things on different days depending who answers the phone. Argues that a medication didn’t need a prior auth while I was literally WITH the pharmacist who is telling me it does. Ended up paying OOP because after 2 weeks of back and forth with this office begging them to just do the freaking PA- I gave up, my kid needed his medicine. So I paid twice what my insurance copay would have been. I Was told me child had to be seen for a “weight check” (after being originally told she didn’t need to be seen…) bring her in, she’s lost significant weight- which according to them was the entire reason they wanted her to come in…. Yet, the doctor said NOTHING about her weight at all, just asked me what medications I wanted him to order. Ordered the medi

Followed Dr Bob and we had hoped for the best here. While sticking with him is great because he's awesome we were told how having a larger practice means easier to have someone see our kid this has become nothing short of frustrating and comical and do not recommend. We went in for an appointment for both kids today and even though the one was seen before the other only the second child's meds were sent even though upon leaving we were told both were sent. This is very dishonest and should not happen in this type of setting. The receptionist also was very rude towards me for no reason when I asked why I was lied to. We will start to look elsewhere or refuse any other Dr except for Dr Bob.
