If the ambulance brings you here, once you are better, get the hell out. From the receptionist in the emergency area, if you are a guy, you will get a nice treatment but if you are a lady forget it, that's out thw window. The ladies restroom by the Starbucks 2 broken only 1 working and on top of that people marinating their business cause they're texting while they're in the restroom. STOP DOING THAT! Nobody got time for that, specially when you have to drive far and you came to see your patient. Patient's room bathroom with stuff in it, this is the "government hospital" it should be in good condition!!! Also, there are nurses on some floors that come to work but they treat patients horrible. Every single person was awesome during my six days stay after breaking my foot. From the beginning to the end. Especially LAVINIA, NOELLE, KRIS, MONIQUE, BASIL. Shout out to my PT’s CHANDLER, RACHEL and ELIZABETH. There are others but I don’t remember their names. You guys rock. Best care I’ve ever gotten from hospital staff.

My family and I were involved in a wreck on 85 while driving home from vacation a couple of weeks ago. We were transported to the trauma center at Grady as a result. As a healthcare professional myself, I cannot say enough good things about the facility, as well as everyone we encountered from the ER docs to the parking garage attendants. Top notch care and service, and truly a benchmark for other trauma centers to measure themselves against. Tania RN especially was PHENOMENAL. That was a really terrible day but Tania and the entire team made it more bearable with their smiles, care, concern, and top tier expertise.

There's a waiting period but once they get to you they do a great job thanks guys 😇
