The dentist is rude, wont listen to anything you say, and I've learned he actually intends to cause pain.. I was told this after my last appointment when I walked out after he was causing me pain and wouldn't listen when I said it hurt. The staff changes every single week so that's concerning. They screwed up twice on me. 4 weeks ago I asked for a refund since they messed up twice. They begged me to give them a second chance after the first screw up... then they screw up again so now I have to start over elsewhere, so I need my refund since they never finished the order. They said they'd send it and I'm still waiting.

I would do 0 stars if I could. We switched to this office from a dental provider that we loved and trusted because they were no longer in network with our insurance. When we switched I asked if they could accommodate a family of 5 as generally we like to get the appointment for everyone out of the way in one shot since we are traveling 25 plus minutes into town and asked if they participated with our insurance. Both questions received a yes. After the first appointment they asked that we divide the family appointments up because they’re short on hygienists which we agreed to do that in order to be accommodating patients. Then we had two people who required fillings and at this point new providers joined the office and we were scheduled with the first available provider, but no one told us

Marcellus Family Dentistry has a wonderful practice. Everyone from the front desk, hygienists, to dentist is great! My cleanings are typically very thorough but gentle. Dr. Aman is also very thorough and has a pleasant bedside manner. All this is accomplished while maintaining professionalism and friendliness throughout each visit. Although most people do not enjoy going to the dentist, I can honestly say that I do not dread my visits with the group at Marcellus Family Dentistry. Keep up the great work you all do! Update: Be aware that this office is currently requesting patients to pay the fee for their cleaning or visit with X-rays, in full, the same day as the appointment, even if insured. They state that your insurance will reimburse you. How long this process takes is currently unkno
