I’m a new patient with Dr Owens. She is smart, thorough and kind. I’ve had a reoccur in gastro issue that started in Aug 2024. My previous Gastroenterologist kept referring me to the PA or NP. Early this summer my Gastroenterologist left the practice. I was referred to Dr Owens. Getting my first appointment was within a reasonable timeframe. She listened very carefully to my story and made an action plan. She did labs that I never had done and after the results we scheduled a colonoscopy. The procedure center and staff were very good. I highly recommend Dr Owens

It was clear from her foul & distasteful greeting that she didn’t want me as a patient. No hello or good morning..just “ Why are you here!” It could have been the fact that I saw a previous doctor (who is part of the same network)20 years prior ….I really don’t know, but I self referred to Dr. Owen’s because I wanted a female physician & her bio indicated that she was experienced in esophageal problems. I explained my gerd issues. She simply wrote me a prescription & sent me off. So …..the unpleasant attitude worked. I never went back

Both my wife and I had our colonoscopies performed by Dr. Owens. Her and her staff all deserve an A+ and they all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout both procedures. Dr Owens walked us through the entire process and always answered all of our questions. The staff is polite and attentive. I can't say enough good and highly recommend Dr. Owens if you need any procedures that require her skills.

I found Dr. Owens online and after reviewing her credentials on the board certified sites, decided she was the best choice. From the consultation to the colonoscopy procedure, I was made to feel comfortable as well as my daughter-in-law who accompanied me . The staff was courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. Dr. Owens was very down to earth, answered all my questions and made the experience worry free. Everyone I encountered at the office was helpful and attentative, especially the nurse, Karen. I did not experience any black and blue bruises on the back of my hand where she placed the needle like I usually do. I'm a diabetic and sensitive to needles but she did it quickly and effortlessly. I wish to thank Dr. Owens and her staff for taking good care of me.

Dr. Owen's medical assistant is unresponsive. I sent emails, message through patient portal and left voicemails. I got one response through email. I was not able to get the referral from Dr. Owens nor answer to a simple question after over a month of asking and waiting.
