First and foremost I do not know why Dr. Mandel does not have 10 stars. I have never been so comfortable with a doctor, he took care of me really like a father takes care of their child. Me being anxious about everything not having any family with me and my cousin being anxious all the way in Orlando, Dr. MANDEL made her feel so comfortable while she was on the phone with me during my appointment. DR. MANDEL took all the necessary initiation to get my result to move along with my healing journey. Reached out to the other hospital that had my result to put a rush on it, gave me so many recommendations, walked me through so thoughtfully, DR MANDEL listened so well to my concerns and my cousin's that was on the phone with me. His staff are amazing even if at one point one was not too nice to

Maybe he should not let anesthesiologists break hippa because they have a religious complex and maybe just maybe call your patients back when they are dealing with agony every day or just send me to someone else if you aren't going to the answer phone.

Dr. Mandel was my doctor until my insurance changed most recently. He is a great doctor who really cares about his patients. He took great care of me while I was his patient until care was transferred to a doctor who accepted my new insurance. The office staff is always lovely and pleasant. They have even been kind and kid-friendly when I have had to bring my son along. I would highly recommend this practice great with preventative care!

I began my cancer journey with Dr. Mandel. I was recommended by the radiologist, who read my mammogram, to go straight to his office for biopsy. I was anxious and terrified. Dr. Mandel and his entire team (they are fabulous) kept me calm and I truly felt like they cared (still do!) Dr. Mandel and his team are exceptional and truly one of a kind. My family and I are forever thankful.

Why in the world would this man think it’s okay to LIE about the severity of a condition, violate hippa, never call back and so much more. this is not a doctor, this is a drama queen.
