Marathon Health, New Brunswick NJ Easton Ave

As the name changes have occured with this 08901 facility, doctors, nurse practioners and the assistant staff have come and gone and so has the service. It is horrendous now. You schedule an appointment, appear for the appointment and some way, some how the appointment information has changed and/or was not stated correctly on the website/app and now you do not get the intended service. Oh by the way, they cancel your appointment too because there are issues with the facility often and do not make you a priority when rescheduling so if you are taking your health seriously do not make an appointment here.

I could not be more content with my experience at R Health New Brunswick. I absolutely loved Dr. Sheila Perez Steele, she was so patient and kind and really took the time to talk to me about everything and answered all my questions with true compassion. The ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant, office was spectacular as far as cleanliness. This visit exceeded my expectation and gives me so much peace of mind knowing you can connect with the practice on the spruce app. They were also excellent with my teen daughter! Its Great and highly recommend. Keep up the the great work ladies!!! Thank You again

on 8/31/2024 my spouse and I had an appointment for 930 am. previously my wife confirmed our everside health benefit was active.upon arrival one of the employees at the front desk advised us that out everside account wasn't active ,so we could not be seen by the doctor, furthermore, we wasted time traveling to new Brunswick for nothing ,its obvious the employees at Everside health new Brunswick are completely incompetent! to conclude ,my spouse and I have been patients with everside health for several years, and we never had a problem with the Hamilton office, our negative experience with the New Brunswick office has given us the inclination that we don't matter and because of this we will never return to any everside health location again.

Dr. Jessy Thomas left and now Doctor Sheila Perez-Steele this office has gone down. They never answer calls. The front attendees don’t care. They completely make their own hours . I will be reporting this office . It’s Horrible!!!!!

Dr. Shelia and her office staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor is attentive, listens, and most importantly takes time with her patient.
