I recently had to change primary care providers after 20 yrs, and was referred to Dr. Prajapati by a close doctor friend specializing in another field. I couldn't be more happy with my first experience at the office. From the beginning, Shakirah at the front desk and telephone was more than pleasant and accommodating in getting my appointment in order and making sure that records had been transferred from the other doctor to their office, and Dr. Prajapati was as friendly as an old friend in making me feel comfortable in my new setting. She gave me the time to tell her not only about my symptoms, but also to tell about myself as a person and the care I was hoping to get. She came through with flying colors. This clinic is so disorganized. Came here at the recommendation of a friend. It was back and forth between the clinic and the main number who could schedule me an appointment. After an hour of back and forth and me complaining, someone at the main number was able to finally schedule me an appointment for later in the week. That should've been my first sign to skip this place. On Friday 11/15, the Fair Lawn location was not open when I came for my 8am appointment. I called the main number and got transferred several times. No one was able to help me. I'm irritated I wasted $30 in an Uber each way, that I worked a crazy late shift at work but had to fast for 12 hours before this appointment for blood work, hold my urine all morning so I can do a test, scheduled to come into work later to mak

Amazing primary care, they are big on preventative care. FNP Ahmadi is very thorough and knowledgeable. They do physical exams, OBGYN and all types of screening. Highly recommend this place!
