We have visited many doctors, but I can confidently say that our pediatrician, Elina Gavrielova, is the very best! 🌸 Every appointment with her is filled with warmth — she always greets us with a smile, full of energy and kindness. Elina is incredibly smart, attentive, and caring. She never rushes, always takes plenty of time for us, explains everything in detail, and gives her full support. With her, we feel completely safe and in good hands — and that is priceless for parents. Now we always book only with her, because we know there is no better doctor for our child! 💕

1. Constant delays. You arrive at the scheduled time, yet you are first asked to wait in the general lobby and then in the doctor’s office. At least a 30-minute or 1 hour wait for the “honorable doctor.” 2. The examination lasts no more than 5 minutes, regardless of the child’s condition — a conveyor-belt approach. 3. A soulless smile, and at times the doctor’s face clearly shows how tired he is and how little interest he has in patients. 4. The staff is not interested in helping patients. At best, they can offer a “soulless smile,” but in reality, once payment is made, no one cares about you anymore. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Zeltzman He is exceptionally knowledgeable but also genuinely care for his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes his patients feel comfortable. The professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. I felt respected, heard, and well taken care of. I’m so grateful to have found such a dedicated and skilled doctor—highly recommend!

the staff were polite and patient. However, they have problems with waiting. We arrived on time, but at the reception they said that you do not need a doctor, because you have already been to a pediatrician this year. I was shocked by this! We waited a whole hour!!!! From the appointed time of the meeting with the doctor. We just sat and waited in the office!! No complaints about the doctors, the administrative work leaves much to be desired! One pediatrician in this place said that the child had a nail fungus and we treated the finger for nail fungus, but another pediatrician in the same place immediately said that it was a wart and wrote a referral to a dermatologist! Choose for yourself, but I will not go back there!

Dr. Marat Zeltsman has been my son’s pediatrician since his birth, and I recommend him very highly. He is very knowledgeable, patient and great with kids. I never feel rushed and rarely have to wait to see him at appointment time. Very caring, professional, informative, willing to help with anything when he can, and he would never leave a sick child unseen even if there's a problem with insurance. Dr. Zeltsman is kind, thorough, efficient and an absolute delight with children. He also has an after hours number and responds quickly to calls. He's a great doctor!
