Marana Health Quick Care at Dove Mountain

Tried to save time by going somewhere close. Bad decision. NP did not listen or pay attention to my history. Had to go back 4 days later for a 2nd antibiotic. Called office manager to discuss why I was billed twice. That was more than 30 days ago. STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. If you guys wanted to just bill me twice for the same thing, I would’ve rather you charged me $70 upfront instead of keeping me sick for twice as long! Never Again! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Every time I have came here it’s been super quick and easy. Yesterday there was definitely a wait but I made it work. Every doctor or np that I have seen here over the last 6 years has been amazing. Listened to me or my child’s concerns and made things so smooth and easy.. it’s honestly shocking to me that there is a low rating. Thanks everyone for the great care!!!

Apparently this clinic now has a NEW automated admissions procedure. They give you a tablet that you are supposed to fill out before they will let you in to see the doctor. This is page after page of figuring out how to enter/correct the data. I went to the clinic because of a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop, dizziness, and head congestion. It was very difficult to fill out the required info because of my nose bleed. No help given. There were parts of the new process that wouldn’t accept the data. I asked for help and was told she couldn’t help me. I left in disgust and went to NW clinic, which took me right in and took care of my problem. In addition, the tablet that was given to each patient was dirty with fingerprints from other patients, hmmm passing on Covid? How do they get awa

This urgent care was fast and efficient. They took care of my partner. They listened to him and gave him options for his care. They were patient and kind and were able to relieve my partner of the pain and discomfort he was feeling. Dr. Leanno is an amazing physician and we’re lucky we were able to receive treatment from this urgent care. Thank you guys!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating and concerning. I came in for nasal congestion, throat irritation, and ear pressure, and was very disappointed with the care I received. No one checked my temperature at all, and the NP appeared to be in a rush since it was near closing time. When she was about to examine my lungs, she said, “Oh, my stethoscope is in the other room — unless you really need me to check, I won’t.” I had to ask her to complete the basic evaluation, which I feel should have been done without hesitation, especially given my respiratory symptoms. She acknowledged there was fluid in my ears and that I was uncomfortable, but dismissed my concerns and didn’t offer anything beyond over-the-counter suggestions — despite the fact that my symptoms had persist
