Maplewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

This place is awesome. The resident's are cool. Activities does amazing in keeping our spirits up. I enjoyed the Christmas party and the New Years party. I love Shirley the C.N.A, she is always helping me, she's good people. When I go back to New Hampshire I will very much miss Josh and Melissa from activities, and all the great therapy staff who helped me.

What a wonderful group of angels. My family member was in the second floor for roughly 5 months. Upon my arrival I was apprehensive based on the facility being a bit outdated. Never judge a book by its cover is the best I can say about Maplewood in Amesbury. The professionalism and compassion from the second floor team was incredible. I can’t thank them enough for showing my cousin such kindness, love and respect. While I was only familiar with the fantastic day team, I’m certain he was cared for by others just as well. A HUGE thank you to Kwabina, Joyce and William. And to all the aids who took such loving care of him. Thank you for keeping my cousin safe and comfortable. Activities is great. They always listen and get things resolved. Their staff is very friendly. The rehab team is great and the staff does the best with in their. Osola and Sicily are very resident orientated nurses, they go above and beyond. Housekeeping is great as well.

My grandfather attended rehab at this facility. The rehab staff was amazing and the Director Savanna is wonderful! They always have great communication. He is now there long term. At first I was apprehensive about him going there and reading some reviews. But this building has been amazing! The male nurse on the second floor is very knowledgeable and patient with my grandfather.

I really like the people in the activities department. They always go the extra mile for me. I Love getting dog visits from Sadie.
