Maplecrest Nursing Home

I had my father in rehab at this facility, not a fan! It didn’t seem like staff was on the same page, not the cleanest and SOME were rude! I didn’t feel that they were under staff and can’t say my dad was mistreated but I expected more from a 5 star facility. When my father was d/c he was wheeled to the front desk and that was it! I expected someone to make sure he at least got in the car safely! Definitely need to pop in different hours on a daily basis!

Maplecrest Nursing Home is wonderful! They are taking really good care of my mom. The staff is genuinely caring for both my mom and her family. I highly recommend! Love everybody here!

I chose Maplecrest Nursing Home for the care of a family member following his long hospital stay and subsequent need for rehab. As this was my first experience with a nursing home, I did not know what to expect, and I was worried with a lot of questions. However, the team at Maplecrest soon allayed those fears. From the day I first contacted the kind admission coordinator Tiffany to the final day of discharge, every staff member always answered any question I had with patience and professionalism. My family member really benefited from the rehab program thanks to the excellent physical, occupational, and speech therapists led by the knowledgeable and patient rehab director Missy. Maplecrest is a beautiful and family oriented facility in the Youngstown, OH area. My family and children have attended multiple community events hosted by Maplecrest with the opportunity to meet the owners, administration and staff. If you are looking for family owned and care centered, Maplecrest is for you and your family to consider for a loved one!

This is the best facility in the Youngstown area and it is not close! Their family owned approach trickles down and results in their staff providing the best care in the state of Ohio. The staff put the needs of the resident first making a challenging process easier for both the residents and their families!
