Maple Winds Healthcare And Rehabilitation Center

I have absolutely no qualms about anything here. The staff are all very good. Especially housekeeper Makaila. The nurses and aides all give excellent care, even the agency aides. The menus are good for me. The cooks do a wonderful job with the food here. We have a wide selection of activities here and they are fully optional for residents. I like the crafts, bingo and the musical performers that Maplewinds brings for us. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have excellent care.

I toured many personal care facilities some of which were closer to where I live, and Maple Winds stood out as the place for my parents. The facility was clean and the staff were very personable. The personal care director helped make the process very easy. I visit regularly and at different times of day and each staff treat every resident with dignity.

This Rehabilitation facility is professional with care and a family atmosphere.  This nursing/CNA staff are caring, have knowledge of individual patient needs,  and provide support for patients.  The staff is personable and contact you with concerns.  Social worker provides amazing support and resources.  PT and OT are professional, understand the needs of patients,  set goals, and provide tremendous services to get your family member to their ability level.  I highly recommend as I have had multiple family at this location with success and returns home to independent status.

I can't say enough about this facility and the staff. They really care about what they do and it shows with the level of care they provide. They go above and beyond to make every resident feel as comfortable as possible. The administrative staff are caring, informative and understanding to each individuals needs and concerns. The nurses, aides, dietary and activities departments all strive everyday to make that day the best day possible. If you're looking for a top notch facility that will provide exceptional care. I would highly recommend Maple Winds.
