I enjoy Jodi with my mom and myself. Sometimes you have to wait do to the issue of the patient's. Jodi is concerned about your issue. I give her and the whole staff a 10
I would give her a negative rating if I could. Jodie Hall FNP spent 45 minutes with the lady in the room next door. I waited for over an hour to be seen and I’m lucky if I got 10 minutes of her time. I filled out so much paperwork before my appointment and spoke with her assistant (who was wonderful) about my medical concerns. Jodie obviously didn’t read any of it or pay attention to me while I was speaking. She made zero eye contact and didn’t look at my leg, which was my major complaint. She was horrible at listening to my medical concerns and didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. Jodie seemed rushed, distracted and bothered throughout my appointment. She did not appear to care about my issues at all, which was super frustrating. I left in tears because I wasn’t properly evaluated.
I’m relieved to say, that I am really happy getting my primary care needs met here. The wonderful previous providers, Melissa Presley, and the nurse that was there, when I first started going there a year ago, left. But, the medical staff that took over: Ms. Jodie Hall FNP and her assistant, Stephanie MA are wonderful also. It’s also convenient because: 1. They have an “on-site pharmacy” 2. I live in Chinquapin and it’s just a 15 minute drive down hwy 50, on quiet country roads.
The staff is courteous, the nurses do their best. The doctor helps in every way they can. My only issue was a certain nurse was a bit too firm about a medication policy. I understood but was unaware. I didn't take the time to read notices on the walls. I hadn't slept hardly in several days so I wasn't paying a lot of attention, I should have regardless. Slamming the phone is exceptionally good bedside manner. Hope you have better experience then me.
The staff here is amazing! I travel out of my way to come here to see Melissa. She is the only person I trust with my health. This place deserves more than five stars.
