Horrible!! Do not make an appointment here. I made it there 10 minutes before my appointment, I was the first one when they opened. They told me my appointment was at 12 and I needed to wait until exactly 12 when no was was there. Okay, fine. I went out to move my car as parking sucks. and came right back at 11:58. Someone else was in there and they took that person first. I asked and they said my appointment was at 12:15, it wasnt. when I showed them the text that said 12, she didnt care and still took the other lady. She was rude and unhelpful. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Parking is horrible too. Go anywhere else but here. Considering the other reviews I'm not too sure how they're even in business still.

Never had a problem with them. They are friendly and informative. You're in and out, simple. My children have been going here for about 2 yrs now. Ages 10 and 4

Work wise, the dentist here has been fine. Front staff, however, is rude, unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the patients. I had to cancel my appt 3 times: once because HE gave me the wrong time and then blamed me; second time my son had covid; and third time (today) my father had a stroke and I left immediately to be with him. I called — from the hospital — to explain and with no interest or concern at all he said “find yourself another dentist”! Which I will absolutely do! I will never recommend this place because of him.

UPDATE: Second time going to this practice and they blow every other dentist I've been to out of the water. I've been to brighter dental in Bridgewater and they are ok, but the dentist clearly cares more about her personal organization skills than customer satisfaction because they'll leave you in the dental chair an hour while you wait for her to clean 5-10 other sets of teeth so they can get as much money as possible. Some of the best organization I've seen, everything's neat and labeled, but it doesn't matter when they keep you there for hours for a simple appointment. Not here. You go in, they clean your teeth at the scheduled time, and you leave about 20 minutes later. ... Good practice. They are quick and you get their full attention. I should have read the reviews before calling this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I just hung up the phone. I called to make an appointment as a first time patient and the call didn't even last 2 minutes. I was never greeted and the level of annoyance and carelessness was just mind-blowing.
