I have been going here for rehab on my torn Achilles tendon, which required surgery. I am really pleased with the attention and treatment that I am receiving. I am able to make appointments which are convenient for me. While I don't always see the same therapist, they keep detailed records so whoever sees me at a particular appointment knows my status and progress. I never feel as if I'm ignored when I go in for my appointment. I am making great progress in returning to my previous level of activities, and I really believe that it is due to their rehab techniques and programs. Dealing with this office has been the most frustrating experience. My mom, who comes from Florida and stays with me during the summers , has been a patient there for years. Every year she brought a prescription from her doctor so she can have needed therapy over the summer. This year, the office staff told her that they won’t see her unless she brings a prescription from local doctor. When asked why that is needed the front desk told her it’s a NYS rule. When my mother confronted her and said there is no such thing, she was quick to admit it’s an office policy. When asked again why and why was it never needed before , the girl had no answer but still refused to schedule an appointment. So as a result my mother, who doesn’t drive and uses walking equipments, had to pay for a large taxi tha
