Be prepared to wait hours. I've brought my Dad to multiple appointments and we have waited 2+ hours every single visit. They have three waiting areas and they are always full and it's often hard to find a seat because there are so many people waiting. The doctor is nice and all the staff are friendly. When you do finally get into the room to see the doctor it's all of 5 minutes and he is always zooming in between rooms seeing patients. It's extremely frustrating to have to take that much time off of work. Today my Dad's appointment was at 9:45 and it's now 10:53 and there are still 4-5 patient's ahead of him.

Dr. Mansoor Mughal has provided excellent care to both my husband and me for nearly a year. I came to him on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Dr. Mughal discovered Wet Macular Degeneration in my left eye, although I felt nothing, it was quite clear on the on-screen image and through treatment and careful monitoring, it has greatly improved. He also literally saved my husband's vision due to multiple tears in his retina which appeared quickly and with no trauma to his eye. Dr. Mughal acted quickly and saved the vision with laser surgery. As for wait times, we have occasionally waited up to two hours, however, that is not the norm in his office. Dr Mughal is just way to busy. He is overloaded with patients which does not allow him time to give quality care to each patient. He does not talk much to you. I had my 1st injection with no issue at all. My 2nd injection his office was jam packed and my injection went so wrong. I went blind in my eye. Dr had already ran out to next room. Tech said put my head down to my knees. That made things worse. I sat back up and things were very dark in that eye and a ton of black ⚫️ Bubbles. Then tech went and got the Dr. He came in examined eye and said it was air bubbles. Caused from pre loaded syringe from pharmaceutical Co. He used different needle from the 1st injection. The bubbles lasted 4 days and I was left with a horrible silicone floater. I then switched Dr's. I told the
