Mankato Clinic Urgency Care

More like Lack of Urgency Care! Terrible triaje system, long inexplicable wait times and just total lack of interest unless of course the topic is ur insurance or how ure going to pay for the terrible service. Once you’re in, the doctors/nurses are helpful and prompt.

My three month old granddaughter was seen there today and the nurses were disrespectful to my daughter and the doctor took over an hour to come in to see the baby then spent five minutes and said everything was fine. Your lack of compassion is absolutely disgusting! I’m sick and tired of incompetent lazy doctors!

What a comfort to get the BEST help from this facility!! Every single person had a smile and a pleasant remark! And what smooth teamwork from start to finish. I am deeply appreciative for the care I received.

Not being from here I’ve heard nothing but bad things from over 20+locals I’ve met, who were also able to know exactly where I went for help just by describing the horrible experience.The nurses and admin staff were amazing and kind, Dr Cassidy was also awesome with amazing beside manner and care, Dr West on the other hand exemplifies every bad thing I’ve heard of this place. If you don’t want to waste your time and money avoid her, her patient care alone should cost them funding in future if she’s not corrected. Id go to a veterinarian before putting my health in her hands again.

After my last two visits officially done with this place.. short story they tell me I’m fine. I end up in ER and boom I have multiple things going on let alone my body was going toxic from being extremely backed up! But nope, they’re doctors so they’re right nothings wrong with me. Patient is completely wrong and she’s just fine… This is not the first negative experience I have had either
