I visited a family member there twice already. So far the nurses and staff have been nice. My family said they had no issues and everyone has been caring. The facility is clean, and the bathrooms and patients' rooms are clean. The front desk workers have been helpful and shown professionalism.

I had a great experience having my family member there. They took very good care of my family. The third floor staff was amazing, loving and caring. The food is good, the physical therapy department was amazing and The director of nursing, Ms. Gloria, always visited me and my family and answered any questions that we had. She’s a very nice and caring director of nursing. Highly recommend!

I love the place so nice and neat, very clean. My cousin is there and i like the way the staff is with her. Since we dont have available family members that can take care of my cousin. I want to give special thanks to all the staff 👍

This place is not what they say... my husband had to wait for a hour or more for the nurse to attend to him..The food is horrible here and then when you ask for something else to eat they get upset and catch attitudes...the rooms are not as clean as they say I always come here and wipe down his room... nurses here come when they want to come some ignore the call bell... don't get me wrong he had 3 good nurses out of the whole facility.. Carmen, Eduardo, and Jessie..these 3 females did WONDERFUL taking care of my husband... They need new training for all staff in the facility

If I could rate this place zero Stars I would! Let’s start with the lack of help in this place! My mom’s diaper was lefted dirty all night because there is only one CNA and one Nurse on the whole third floor. I have photos to show that there was so much poop and pee in my mom’s diaper that it passed the diaper and into the chuck. Dept of Health should visit this facility more often. I left a message for Gloria the nurse supervisor that day and she never came to talk to me. I went to her office and she told me I will come up to talk to you and never came, she is not concerned about resolving your issues. She will not return your call.
