Upon arriving to our home in VT my 96 year old Dad was not well and could barely get out of the car. I feared he was dehydrated. By the time I got him to MMC he was pale and shaking. The staff was very concerned and moved him into the Drs office very quickly. I was amazed at how caring, attentive and thorough the nurses were. Dr Sterling accessed my Dad and told me he suspected it was more than dehydration.He did bloodwork and tested his urine. His WBC was very high and within minutes he was on an IV antibiotic. He advised that he needed to be in the hospital, called an ambulance and within minutes he was on his way to Rutland MMC. My Dad had a UTI and sepsis and after a 3 night stay he is home and recovering. Many thanks to Dr Sterling and his wonderful nurses and staff.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Sterling. I have an extremely complicated medical history (if it can go wrong with me, it will). Every single time Ive been to Manchester medical, dr Sterling starts by asking me to explain where going on. Most drs come in thinking they know what’s wrong and how there going to treat it before seeing you. Not Dr Sterling. He takes the time to listen to everything and then figure out a plan everyone is comfortable and then moves forward. He listens, he explains everything, and he’s just great.

I’m sharing this review on behalf of my brother during our vacation to Vermont. Our family and friends were visiting VT and staying in the Danby area when my brother had badly twisted and hurt his ankle. He was in so much pain that we had to look for a local ER or Urgent Care. We found Manchester Medical Center on Google and decided to give a call. They were so friendly and nice even over the phone.. they said “Sure, come on in and we should be able to see you within 30 min”. We headed over and the whole process was less than an hour. My brother was texting me with updates the entire time (I was waiting outside the office in the car with our dogs). Colleen (nurse) and Dr. Sterling were amazing. Not only did my daughter receive great medical care in Urgent Care for a broken arm, but they both had great bedside manners/offered support for her and our family. We received clear communication, time, and a caring demeanor. Colleen's follow up with ortho referrals were so helpful. I highly recommend Manchester Medical Center’s Urgent Care and team. I was visiting my son in June and ran into a medication situation due to delayed flights, etc. Went to this clinic and everyone was beyond superb! Dr. Sterling was very personable, caring and compassionate. I cannot say enough positive comments about this practice. It’s good to know that when I go back to visit again if I have any problems that will be the first place I go. Thank you to Dr Sterling and his staff!
