I highly recommend Dr. Garrett Spencer! He is very knowledgeable and caring. I started our sessions in a lot of pain, and after a few sessions the pain had reduced. We are working on strengthening my weaker muscles so that the original pain doesn’t come back. I feel so much better now!

Dr. Garrett Spencer is very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and treatment. I'm feeling much improved and was provided the exercises to help me continue to stay healthy. The facility is very clean and the parking is great.

I saw Dr. Garrett Spencer yesterday for a running analysis. He was extremely nice and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the whole running analysis process. First we discussed the issues I was having when running. How long into the run did the pain start. How long did it last. Where was the pain. What did it feel like. Did it go away when you stopped running. We spent a good amount of time going over my symptoms. He helped me understand with plenty of examples what could be causing these issues. Next, he checked my legs and hips to see how my range of motion was. Each time he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Next, we started the running analysis. I LOVED the running analysis! I jogged on the treadmill with a monitor on. The

Garrett is expert in his understanding of physiology and the ability to create a plan of therapy for the patient. He pinpointed the muscle in my hip that was causing my issues and identified exercises to help me. Plus he has an excellent bedside manner that makes the sessions fun as well as demanding.

I am a retired physical therapist looking for leg strengthening before a total knee replacement. I selected Manna due to their assertion of one on one care. I could not be HAPPIER with the care I am receiving and the expertise of my therapist Dr. Spencer. He is highly skilled, innovative and compassionate. He understands my goals and has helped me greatly. And yes, he treats me for an entire hour with no one else in the office. Fantastic experience. I know good therapy...this facility is tops !
