Impressed with quick response, quality care and ability to see beyond the issue. Medical care is personal care. I had a severe injury and they addressed quickly, personal care to address pain and questions…sounds silly but coffee /meals were like real food.

I love this place. Brenda at the front desk is worth a million dollars in the hospitality industry. My couple friends with a baby- dad had a major ski injury to his leg. Mom has a baby 6 months old- he had to go to the hospital until otherwise noted. When I called the front desk to explain what happened when they are at the hospital, Brenda was able to upgrade them to a room with an elevator. In addition, she got all the staff ready for mom when she arrived back to help with getting food to her from the restaurant and the stroller to the room. In today’s world this is amazing heartfelt help with understanding. I love this hotel! And beyond anything Thank you for helping this friend get them situated for an occurrence no one wants. Mia

Mammoth Hospital made it easy for me to schedule an appointment and evaluate the ankle problems I was having. They saw me very close to on my schedule appointment time and the doctor was excellent in his bedside manner and diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Knecht! All the information he provided was extremely valuable and helpful to my situation as well as he treated my problem on the visit. I’m very grateful for how the whole procedure went. Thank you!

$$BEWARE$$ When we arrived in Mammoth Lakes my daughter started feeling horrible - abdominal pain, dizzy, vomiting. She was really suffering so we decided to take her in at about 10pm. They did blood test and gave her IV. We sat in ER for about 4 hours. She felt better after pain meds and could have just been altitude sickness - we weren't given any diagnosis except low potassium. We paid $500 deposit towards the bill on discharge. I've just called the hospital to check the final bill for my insurance claim, and was honestly expecting a small refund. I nearly fell over when she told the total bill came to ---- $5,000!!! I also learned that this bill was sent to some random insurance company and waiting payment. We were visiting from overseas and never provided insurance information, first

Very competent staff! The clinic is state-of-the-art with on-site Xrays. I previously had surgery done by Dr. Crall in 2012 and my recovery exceeded expectations with rapid healing and minimal scarring. I have recommended Dr. Crall to others and they are also very pleased with their results. When I incurred other injuries, I knew exactly whom to call!
