I arrived 15 minutes early for my 18-month-old daughter's appointment and they kept us waiting for more than 1 hour without serving us, despite being a baby who had not eaten and we had to wait more than 1 hour, they told us that we had to keep waiting, They didn't attend to us even though we had an appointment and I had to leave because my mija couldn't take it anymore.
